If you want to make any address changes, you need to change the address through your Paypal Account in advance.
Order and Address Changes,
Once you make the payment, you are not able to make any address and order changes.
You are responsible for any information on the order.
Only if customer service confirm the changes, we will ship based on the updated order.
It takes 24 - 36 hours after you place the order.
Our main shipping carrier is United States Postal Services (USPS).
The USPS estimation time counts after we have dispatched your order.

Priority Domestic Mail (upgraded) = takes 2 - 3 days
Standard International First Class - Canada ($10.99 / item) = takes 2 - 3 weeks
Standard International First Class - Everywhere Else ($13.99 / item) = takes 2 - 3 weeks
Priority International Mail (upgraded) = takes 8 - 12 days
Our shipping rate is based on the item you purchased.
The standard domestic mail is charged based on the item on your order.
For upgraded / priority shipping services,
You would need to purchase 1 (one) upgrade package per order per address.

Special deals for international shipping (including Canada, Australia, and other countries)
Tracking number is always available for any order within United States.
Standard International order are not eligible for updated tracking number, except Canada.
Tracking number is only available in Priority International Mail.
The tracking tool is available after you have logged in to your account.

Guidelines for Exchange and Refund Request
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt.
You must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for authorization (within 30 days) before you send anything back.
Please note that Women's Accessories, Costumes and Back to School are not returnable.
If you ordered clothing and are unhappy with the color, size, or style,
You can surely exchange it for another item, which has not been washed, worn, and is in re-sellable condition.
Please let us know the tracking number of returned package.
We may request for you to email/send pictures of damaged or defective item.
Please be advised the shipping cost and shipping upgrade are non refundable.

For Refund Request
We make sure you will get the best customer satisfaction.
Please allow 3-7 business days upon receipt to do inspection on your returned package before issuing the credit back to your accounts (shipping cost is non-refundable).
